Data is focused last on the statistics screen when using keyboard navigation

On the statistics screen, the first element focused by the tab button is the General button, despite the data being above the General button. To access the data, the player has to press the tab button to cycle through the remaining buttons or press the shift and tab buttons to access the last row of the data. I would expect the data to be focused first (or perhaps automatically) as it's located at the top of the screen.

Steps to reproduce

• Open the statistics screen from a world's pause screen.

• Press tab.

• Observe that the focused element is the 'General' button despite it being below the focusable data entry list.
