[MC-260977] Villagers change professions and beds too often

Villager takes a profession and after like 2-5 mc days he takes another profession and the same thing happens with the bed (but on a different day). It happens more often with beds than with professions

I think it's same as MC-151079 but in newer versions and it also happens with beds

The the provided video only shows you walking back and fourth for a few seconds, please provide a video of the issue occuring, with reliable steps to reproduce it. A copy of the world you're playing in being added to the issue would also be helpful.
