[MC-261323] Bonemeal is consumed without doing anything on pitcher pod with block above it

Normally, bonemeal is only consumed if it actually does something, but if there's a pitcher pod with a block above it, it endlessly consumes bonemeal without growing at all, stuck on age lvl 2.
