Minecraft skin is bugged completely

Minecraft clips are in the bug report, defaults skins are used.

However, I can confirm. (Launcher only)

I attached the skin but this happens with every custom skin

Your image is corrupted, I can't see the image.

The skin I downloaded works.

I can't reproduce since yesterday.

I haven't been able to upload any custom skins in bedrock. Error always says "that's not a Minecraft skin, silly!" 

I don't think Minecraft is getting access to the downloads folder on the phone to grab the file.

And I don't have access to Minecraft folders to place the files there.
