Shield doesn't block TNT explosion

In 1.19.3 the shield will block the tnt's explosion, because mojang fixed the bug in 1.19.3 snapshots. However, in 1.19.4 and 1.20 snapshots, the shield won't block the tnt's explosion again.

Are you sure you didn't experience MC-100949 instead?

I don't think so, I uploaded two videos now, in 1.19.3 it works correctly, but in 23w13a it doesn't
