Z-fighting occurs on the backs of sniffers' heads

The Bug:

Z-fighting occurs on the backs of sniffers' heads.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a sniffer that's floating in the air by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:sniffer ~ ~2 ~ {NoAI:1b}

2. Look at the back of its head.

3. Take note as to whether or not z-fighting occurs on the backs of sniffers' heads.

Observed Behavior:

Z-fighting is present.

Expected Behavior:

No z-fighting would occur.
