Please help me fix this I been getting this for the past few days and I dont know what did this to start.
I have tried reinstalling the game and the new launcher as well nothing worked.
its only doing that for my forge profile.

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.19.4 and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crash report found in [minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|https://minecrafthopper.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder/].
