Going through the recipe files when I found this. The recipe itself seems to work fine in-game, but the wording of the file doesn't make sense and likely was an oversight. Recipes for the stonecutter usually follow the format [material] from [material] stonecutting.json. This file name follows [material] [material] from stonecutting.json which is unlike the others.
edit: auto-formatting is removing underscores, so enjoy spaces in the file names instead
