I am in a creative peaceful world with cheats on , I threw an ender pearl and it turned my screen black/grey. I can still access my inventory but cannot move or place or see anything. I would like to figure out how to resolve this so I don't have to restart the build I've been doing.

Is it possible you simply clipped inside of a block? If so, you can just break the two blocks you are inside of to free yourself.
