ITEM Netherite upgrade smithing template burns in lava

The upgrade template isn't made of netherite (but rather netherrack); only items made of/with netherite don't burn.

@dhranios it is being cloned; the upgrade item itself is needed for upgrading to netherite, so

Per the changelogs that added the template items, netherrack is the base material. It can even be seen back in the template item (unlike netherite).
