[MC-262955] You can see water such as from a river through a banner.

Go above an area of water and stand in a banner and look where the water is and you will see the water in the banner, look at the image for better understanding.

In this case this bug does happen in vanilla, but for future reports make sure to check if the bug happens in vanilla.
