[MC-262994] Frogs sometimes slide across the ground when holding slimeball(s)

How to recreate:

Get at least one slimeball.
Hold the slimeball(s) and look for frogs.
If it doesn't work the first time, unload the frog(s) by going away from them and come back still holding the slimeball.
If at least one frog is sliding around even if it isn't on ice, you got the bug.

The bug doesn't crash Minecraft, it just makes the frog(s) slide across the ground.
