while mining in a forest the item pickup audio disappears until you mine a block. while collecting item drops eventually the pickup sound goes away. and the only way to get it back it to mine a near by block.

I recorded and the video picks up all the sound. I figure its my speakers not pushing subtle noises until a larger noise happens.
