Decorated pot doesn't "destroy" water: when you place water and then a decorated pot on it, it doesn't get "destroyed", but the pot isn't waterloggable

Um, buddy, decorated pots ARE waterlogable, and that's exactly what you did here.

You placed a waterloggable block on water, and the block got waterlogged. That's expected behavior. Asking for the water to be removed is inconsistent with other waterloggable blocks and would constitute a feature request.
