Buttons in the "Add Realm" interface within the realms menu no longer render

The Bug:

Buttons in the "Add Realm" interface within the realms menu no longer render.

Here is a list of all buttons that are affected by this issue:

• The "Close" button; this button is normally located in the upper left corner of the interface.

• The "Buy a realm!" button; this button is normally located in the lower right of the interface.

• The "Get a trial!" button; this button is normally located in the lower right of the interface just above the "Buy a realm!" button.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the realms menu and hit the "Add Realm" button.

2. Attempt to locate any of the affected buttons as listed above.

3. Take note as to whether or not buttons in the "Add Realm" interface within the realms menu no longer render.

Observed Behavior:

Buttons in the "Add Realm" interface no longer render.

Expected Behavior:

Buttons in the "Add Realm" interface would render.
