[MC-263478] Scutes are found In river naturally

So I have started a survival world in 1.20 and to my surprise, around 20-30 minutes into the world, I find a Scute floating in a river. I have not bread any turtles, nor have I even gotten shears or silk touch to even aquire seagrass, so I have absolutely no idea how the Scute got there.

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue using the seed and coordinates you provided. Are you sure that you never bred the turtle at some point?
