if you are on a minecart track without powerd rails gowing up hill is isn't possible. But on bedrock you can go up hill wichs makes minecarts way more usefull with out powerd rails on bedrock. so java minecarts should be able to do the same gowing up hill without powerd rails. so we have better minecarts on every version.
place some standerd rails first on some flat terain and than steaply gowing up slope
then place a minecart on the flat secion and then sit in the minecard towords driving up the hill when steaply on the slope on java you will go back wards down the hill even do you are try to go up hill.
Please dont remove it from bedrock like you did with horses in bods as that would make it wors on every edition.
