Hanging sign bug

Hi! So recently i've been enjoying the new 1.20 update! And i found that when you edit a sign, there are times when the text on the first row of the sign may get deleted, and sometimes you cannot even re-type in what you want. It disappears the moment you exit the sign. I'm not sure if its because certain symbols arent allowed, or words! but please fix this thank you!!
