No mods or alterations to the game added. Purely vanilla.

I was naming a bridge I just made, and I discovered an anomaly with my Oak Signs.
The Intended Name:
Line1 The So-So
Line2 Cobblestone
Line3 Bridge
Line4 Est. 07/28/2022
The Result:

I proceeded to test if this happened for every sign made with any text. The answer? Up to "The So-S" would be hidden/ deleted. However, "The So-" was fine. I have no idea why.
Note: The Images attached are out of order, and I managed to take a snap of the newly created sign just before the text would otherwise disappear.

Moved to the REALMS project, not quite sure if it's the same issue though.

It's not. I did further testing last night, and it seems the issue is with the term "so-so" exactly as written. I made a sign repeating the phrase "so-so" on all four lines, and the entire sign's text vanished. So, I suspect, now, there is a censor on the term, though I cannot understand why.
