Lever powers pistons when there is no connection
What I expected to happen was...:
Nothing, as there was no circuit connecting to the sticky piston
What actually happened was...:
The sticky piston got powered from the floating lever
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a three-block-tall tower of a block (bedrock was used in this example)
2. Destroy the two blocks below the top block
3. Place a lever on the side of the floating block
4. Power the lever
5. Place a piston on the floor directly under the floating block (where the first block was placed)
