[MC-263834] Pistons should Move Lecterns: parity issue

Pistons won't move Lecterns

What I expected to happen was...:
when the sticky piston activates, it would push or pull the lectern, effectively changing a villager trade for trade rolling.

What actually happened was...:
lectern acted as an immovable block, which was not the case in Bedrock Edition.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place lectern
2. Place sticky piston facing lectern with one block space between
3. Power sticky piston
4. Depower sticky piston

also, not a duplicate as this is about a lectern/workstation. it is a specific entity in description for tile entities depicting dispensers. this whole topic is specific to the lectern.

This is a universal behavior of pistons, not specific to lecterns. Said behavior predates even the existence of pocket edition and is as such not an accepted parity report (it must be newer than busy bees).
