[MC-264402] Ender eyes leads to Y=-1, even if the stronghold is in a higher or lower Y-level

Ender eyes don't lead to the stronghold cordinate Y. They always lead to Y=-1.

I have test this in many words and they always go to layer-1, no matter where the stronghold is. So, you don't know if it is under or above you.
