Jukeboxes will stop playing the current disc after reloading your resourcepacks, however the jukebox will continue emitting a redstone output, and music note particles will continue to spawn above the block as if the disc is still playing.
After the duration of the disc, the jukebox unpowers like normal. Removing the disc and placing it back or using a new disc will result in the jukebox working normally. The only thing affected is the game sound.
I will also note that I did not have any enabled resourcepacks during the recording.
How to reproduce:
1. Place any music disc in jukebox
2. Use F3+T to reload your resourcepacks
