Steps to Reproduce:
1) Take some non-fatal damage from a creeper
2) Die from lava
3) You will see "Player tried to swim in lava"
Repeat these steps in 1.19.4 and you will get "Player tried to swim in lava to escape Creeper"
This is most likely due to the intended fix to MC-260903 but I'm reporting this bug anyway because it makes any Creeper extended death message unobtainable.
Note: Only exception is "doomed to fall by"
