I find the bug annoying because whenever some player encounters this bug and doesn't have the materials required to create more end crystals, it makes the player stuck in the end dimension forever. When you are in the process of respawning the dragon, maybe like 2 or 3 end crystals placed in the obsidian pillars or whatever it's called, once you go to title screen, and rejoin the world, it will be stuck like that forever, and would not be able to go back to the overworld if you don't have any items that would craft more end crystals.
