[MC-264448] Problems with viewpoint and movement sometimes when getting off the boat.

Sometimes the viewpoint is a little choppy when getting off the boat. Also, the player's movements can be slow. The attached video is reproduced in vanilla. Hopefully this issue will be resolved.
