Incorrect shadow rendering for not-full blocks

When I was playing on Hypixel, or singleplayer, in every slab's, stair's and others blocks' blank (unfilled) part there was just black space. It was like on full block's texture paste e.g. slab's texture and fill with black color space, where (from example) slab don't colide w/ player.
