I am currently restoring the trail ruins, and i tried generating a ton to see how the upper group buildings work, i did /place a bunch of times and didn't get it, so I loaded up the structure with a structure block and found that the jigsaws are entirely empty, causing the group_upper buildings not to generate at all in a natural setting
