Z-fighting occurs on the backs of bamboo chest rafts

The Bug:

Z-fighting occurs on the backs of bamboo chest rafts.

This issue did not occur in 1.20.1. It appears that MC-261739 was fixed by raising the height of the bamboo raft, but not the actual chest within the bamboo chest raft itself. Because of this, z-fighting is now present.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a bamboo chest raft by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:chest_boat ~ ~ ~ {Type:"bamboo"}

2. Look closely at where the chest intersects the bamboo raft.

3. Take note as to whether or not z-fighting occurs on the backs of bamboo chest rafts.

Observed Behavior:

Z-fighting is present.

Expected Behavior:

No z-fighting would occur.
