Endermen make stare sound even when provoked by attacking / ways other than looking at them

The bug
Enderman will make the stare sound whenever they turn hostile towards the player, even if the player didn't stare at it. (it was already fixed once in MC-88209).
This doesn't however affect Endermen becoming hostile towards Endermites or Iron Golems.

How to reproduce

  1. Find an enderman (or spawn one)

  2. Hit it while looking at its feet

  3. → It makes the stare sound while attacking

Much like MC-263303 this issue appeared in 22w43a
