[MC-264866] Bottom of some blocks render weirdly in water

Bottom of some blocks like farmland or ice don't appear "waterlogged" in water,

Transparent blocks like ice and glass always have the issue, while some blocks like farmland only have the issue when they are placed next to each other in a bigger than 2x2 area

The rendering issue also spreads to blocks that normally don't have it.

This is because it is a non-full block, and behaves the same as other non-full blocks.
