[MC-264872] Woodland Mansion wheat farm room sometimes generates without wheat

The bug

In version 1.20.1, woodland mansion wheat farm room is missing planted wheat.

How to reproduce

Create a new world using the seed 1475566879
Run the following commands:
```
/tp @s -3350 80 -7400 180 0
```
```
/tp @s -3350 64 -7470 0 0
```
→ ❌ The wheat crops aren't generated

Note

If you teleport directly into the wheat room, the wheat will be generated correctly.

I was able to reproduce by approaching the mansion from the south.

Walk to the other wheat room at -3368 63 -7476 if you directly teleported to the wheat room in description. I just disabled all mods that may affect world generation, opened a new save, tp-ed to -3350 63 -7471, found the wheat there, walked to the other room and found no wheat.
