When I turn it off while the game is open, the game starts to lag very much, because I have no other audio output on my computer.

Lag issues are accepted if a specific cause is pinpointed, and this doesn't seem like a hardware issue as it's fine before disconnecting the device.
Does MC-254669 describe your issue?
This seems more like a technical support issue.
