Block disappears after placing as Villager walks in the same spot

After placing a Job block down, at the roughly the same time a Villager went in the path or close to the spot of the block placement. The block briefly appears before disappearing. This happened in version 1.19.2 and 1.19.4

What I expected to happen was...:
Placing a job block down for villager.

What actually happened was...:
Villager despawns block when in its path at just before or at the same time block is placed down.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a Villager to move around in front of you.

2. Place a job block down in its path.

3. Wait until the block disappears as it intersects where or near it is placed.
