Voluntary Exile advancement can be completed by killing a raid captain spawned in a raid

The bug

Voluntary Exile advancement can be completed by killing a raid captain spawned in a raid, which will not offer Bad Omen, causing another raid, and the player needn't to do what the description suggests, "Maybe consider staying away from villages for the time being..."

How to reproduce

1. Ensure you don't have the Voluntary Exile advancement:

   /advancement revoke @s only adventure/voluntary_exile

2. Give yourself the Bad Omen effect:

   /effect give @s bad_omen

3. Go to a village
   → ✔ A raid begins

4. Kill the raid captain
   → ✔ You do not receive the Bad Omen effect (intended as per MC-157178)
   → ❌ You are granted the Voluntary Exile advancement anyway
