Toasts obstruct potion effect icons within the HUD

The Bug:

Toasts obstruct potion effect icons within the HUD.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world with cheats enabled.

2. Eat a golden apple and take note of how potion effect icons appear in the upper right of your screen.

3. Give yourself a netherite ingot so that a recipe toast appears.

   /give @s minecraft:netherite_ingot

4. Look at the toast as it obstructs the potion effect icons.

5. Take note as to whether or not toasts obstruct potion effect icons within the HUD.

Observed Behavior:

Toasts obstruct potion effect icons.

Expected Behavior:

Toasts would not obstruct potion effect icons.
