Taiga biomes still spawn/hatch temperate orange frogs, despite being cold biomes

Taiga, old growth pine taiga, and old growth spruce taiga spawn in cooler regions of the world, have a cold grass color, and begin snowing after a certain height. However, they still spawn temperate frogs instead of cold frogs.
