Beacons being activated or deactivated doesn't trigger a sculk sensor.
Steps To Reproduce:
place a sculk sensor next to a redstone dust and a beacon. break the beacon and you can see that it turning off doesn't turn on the sculk sensor.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-210903, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has been resolved as working as intended, which means that this will not be fixed as it is not considered a bug.
