Shulker Bullets don't break decorated pots

The bug

The 23w41a changelogs state that:
— Decorated Pots can now store items, and can be smashed by projectiles
However, this does not work for shulker bullets.

To reproduce

1) Place a pot inbetween the player and a shulker

2) Let the shulker shoot the pot
3) The pot doesn't break
