What I expected to happen was...
Teleport behavior should be the same for participant and host
What actually happened was...
Players who are not the host will not have their coordinates sent to the server during teleport. This does not occur on the host.
Step to reproduce
In multiplayer, execute the following command for a player who is not the host.
/execute as "PlayerName" at @s run tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Next, move the player targeted by the command. Although movement appears normal on the target player's screen, the server treats the player as not moving at all.
