Crafter block has a one game tick cooldown

When powering and depowering the crafter in the same gametick, and then powering and depowering it again in the next, it outputs items every gametick. This is probably a bug given that comparable blocks such as the dropper and dispenser have a 4 gametick cooldown between outputting items.

The crafter has an nbt value for crafting_ticks_remaining which gets set to 6 every time you craft something, however, the value gets set to 0 again the next tick, so this is most likely unintended behavior.

I personally don't think it is too game breaking to have a super fast crafter, considering you still need to farm the items used to craft. Not everything needs to be "consistent." How are we supposed to get game changing features if every new feature needs to fit in an arbitrary box?

Send feedback through the proper channels, not here. Mojang deemed this a bug, and a code analysis indicated it behaved oddly, hence it was an accepted report.
