Sandstone stairs have incorrect tecture

Sandstone stairs have an incorrect texture when placed upside down.

What I expected to happen was...:
The stair should have the sandstone top texture

What actually happened was...:
The stair has the sandstone bottom texture

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a sandstone stair upside down
2. That's basically it, just look at the top
