[MC-266139] You can't copy the NBT tag of a Copper Bulb

When you press ctrl+middle button on a chest with items, it copies the chest with the items, but when you try to copy a turned on copper bulb(any copper bulb) and place it, it doesn't glow

Whether it's on or not is not NBT, that's a block state. The only times block states are copied with ctrl+pick block is when the corresponding state would be set with that NBT (eg if the lectern has a book).
Not a bug.

Oh, yeah, I thought redstone lamps could be copied like that. Apparently not.
