Illagers have inconsistent textures

Evoker, Illusioner, Pillager, and Vindicator all have texture inconsistencies. Here is the list:

• The bottom of the legs (shoes) on all illagers are not updated with the villager bottom of the legs (shoes)

• Evoker head is inconsistent with the rest of the other illagers (a few pixel in blue)

• Vindicator eyes are blue instead of green (eyes are blue for the rest of the illagers) WAI as [MC-206199]

• Illusioner nose is much more detailed than the other illagers
