When I launch the game and click multiplayer, all my saved server configurations are gone and it just shows "Scanning for games on your local network..." Any new configurations I create are gone on next launch.

That ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix for this issue will be included in a future snapshot or release of the game.
