The jump boost effect doesn't really apply to the breeze.
To reproduce:
1-Summon a breeze on the floor.
2-Open the chat and execute this command: /effect give @e[type=minecraft:breeze] minecraft:jump_boost infinite 50 or use the normal jump potion effect from creative.3-Switch gamemode to survival and let the breeze attack you.
Expected behavior:
the breeze should jump higher than usual.

Can confirm in 1.20.3. Worth noting that this is specifically for the breeze's special jump ability, and not it's normal jump (which is affected by jumpboost)
