Can you attach a video of you recreating this, with precise steps to get the same results you did?

Well its in 1.20.1 idk what happened but i think one of the reasons was because i was in an aternos server

i cant record a video because the video i am recording is too big even though its only 5 seconds long

also i was clicking on the earth

I still cannot reproduce the issue when trying to 'click on the earth'.

Likely a result of using modified server software with the plugin WorldEdit, which provides functionality with compasses to operators that teleports the player to the nearest empty space through walls upon right clicking.

In that case, can you verify with the host of your server whether or not you have world edit installed?
