[MC-266748] 23w46a ""nerfs""

23w46a nerfs on the copper bulb and the crafter should be reverted, as they take away rather than add.

The buld tick speed allowed for more unique ways of creation and there was nothing wrong with the crafter crafting speed.

I hope these changes are listed as bugs in the next snapshot and reverted back to before.

Duplicate of MC-266742. And no it's not, the change was listed in the changelog, and as such intentional, making this a revert request -> change request.

You're going to be seeing a lot of people upset about the new """"changes"""", and a lot of duplicates, but duplicates show that multiple people agree that this is a bug, not in the traditional sense, but a bug in the eyes of a lot of people none the less.
