It's not resolved. The cobber bulb and crafter should work on a one game tick delay.

Submit feedback through the proper channels.
if you want this changed, send it to the official feedback forum. sending it to the official bug tracker will just clutter it up as we already have 10 duplicates within like a day. Also please do not duplicate your own post and use the search feature to see if someone else has posted the same issue before posting a report
