Pulling a waterlogged grate deletes the water

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a sticky piston down

2. Place a waterlogged grate 2 blocks in front of it

3. Power and depower the sticky piston

Observed result

The water is deleted.

Expected result

The water either spills out, or moves with the waterlogged grate, and isn't deleted.
